All paid SoliDecision subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the Free tier.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund window, all fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period.
